                                                     Hot Pepper Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

·         1 head broccoli cut into florets

·         3 tablespoons olive oil

·         1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

·         Juice of 1 lemon

·         Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste


Instructions
1.    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2.    Toss all of the ingredients until broccoli is well

        coated, and spread evenly on a baking sheet.
3.    Roast for 30-40 minutes, stirring once or twice,

        until broccoli is charred and tender.

4.    Serve immediately.
